Pushpit Extension Rails.
Our 1" OD SS extension rails replace the lifelines between
the pushpit and the gate providing added safety and a secure location to store lifebuoys and emergency throw lines.
Because they replace the lifelines and provide a firm secure hand hold as you enter
or leave the cockpit they are a very real safety advantage, particularly in heavy weather.
We have devised a method of attaching and tensioning the extension rails at the pushpit
and at the gate stanchion without the need for welding. The integrated centre stanchion attaches to your deck with 1/4"
- 20 stainless steel machine bolts.
All we need from you are some accurate measurements - we'll show you what we need and how
to take them - and we can build a pair for you! If you're close enough we'll even install them for you. Upgrading to
add these pushpit extension rails to your vessel makes for a great off-season project.
